As I am a Developer in Boston I enjoy the Hunt for the Right property wherever it is. The Challenge was greater with our Dream Vacation Home as we wanted more than a Beautiful House to entertain in, and more than an awesome view to relax to. We wanted a community to meet new friends and neighbors, a place were all the amenities were at your fingertips, Golf, Beach, Pool, and Restaurants!
I looked at Dozens of different Gated Communities. I looked at 50 different lots to find the perfect view. I looked at 6 different floor plans to build the "Masters House". The Perfect place with views from every room, a large Lanai with a Refreshing private Pool overlooking Water and 2 Spectacular Fairways of Rolling Greens and of course an Ultra Manicured Lawns and Gardens. All while retaining the option of an evening Dip any way you like.

Then we secured a Design consultant to choose the right mixture of Warm Granite Counters and Kitchen Accessories for the discriminating Chef or short order cook. Large Italian Tiles, Wood Floors, and Custom Lighting to accent the 14' Tray Ceilings, Curved Arches and Custom Rich Wall Colors, Faux Paint in select rooms and beautiful Wall coverings.
The design team then helped us choose a Beautiful Collection of Furnishings from the Well know and Dedicated staff from Robb& Stucky.
The final test is when all is done you will feel like my Dad after a recent large family gathering to Christen the House "Your going to have to Drag me out of here!!" So we now Joke that in the Web site we will note that the House comes with a very happy "PA". He really loves the 56" Plasma TV as he's slightly Blind, and you'll find him at the Pool before breakfast and through out the Day. We also caught him giving swing lessons to some of the ladies on the 5th Tee from the Lanai but don't recommend taking a full Lesson, he's just having fun.
We know if you come once as we did, you will immediately look forward and plan to return as soon as possible to the Masters as life is short. As a wonderful friend of mine who lived his life to the fullest used to say "Carpe Diem" Seize the Day is easy at Pelican Sound Community.
